Corporate clients like Albertson's or Waffle House typically provide prototype plans for their stores.  Often these plans are produced by "in-house" designers.  In this case, Fowler Construction and Development, Inc. might become a Construction Manager- At Risk and be responsible for permitting coordination between the designer and local jurisdiction, coordination and/or production of site engineering, pre-construction budgeting and scheduling, and subsequently construction as the prime contractor.

Other clients, like many of our restaurant clients, do not have prototypical plans and require Single-Source delivery.  Often this is done under a Design-Build method including all permitting and political negotiations with jurisdictional authorities, all site and building design, pre-construction budgeting and scheduling, and construction as the prime contractor.

When a client has already completed the permitting and design phases of a project, Fowler Construction and Development, Inc. will build the project as the General Contractor either with a Negotiated Lump Sum contract or through an invited bid process.

Fowler Construction and Development, Inc. will also participate on a developer / investor basis in appropriate circumstances.            

         

         

    

 

Single Source Delivery
