Fowler Construction and Development was awarded the contract as Construction Manager for Fort Myers Beach Fishing Pier Restoration. The project will consist of: piling to be wrapped with fiberglass jackets and injected with epoxy from column line 14 west. Replacement of existing railings, restoration of the existing beams, precast planks and bearing brackets. All the hardware is being changed to stainless steel. The project is schedule to begin early part of the summer.

Fowler Construction and Development was awarded the contract as Construction Manager for Lee Tran in the coordination and replacement of a Bus Wash System. This "turnkey" project will entail demolition/removal of existing wash equipment and replacement with a new system designed to fulfill the clients needs.
